Marketing Blogs: They ARE a way to “expand” your Network Marketing Reach!

The greatest, and perhaps most effective way for your to develop and expand your communication to your customers is to review the “Googled” marketing blogs for individuals in similar entities.  There is excellent material to be gleaned and it can add another dimension by opening up new communication channels with not only your customers but their friends and associates as well.  These marketing blogs are not only a great way to obtain information for yourself, but they are true “value-added” tools that your customers will view as “essential” as you build your skill set.  As your customers get to learn more about you they can visualize the benefits from an expanded relationship with you and you benefit from being able to satisfy their product needs.  It also allows you to create literary content that has multi-tiered benefits.  For just as you have learned to continuously update your website for “freshness,” additions to your blog create opportunity for search engines, thereby enhancing your exposure, not to mention heightened awareness of your particular passion..

When you are reviewing Marketing blogs, you need to think quite specifically about what kind of blog that you are creating. Options range from the simple to the more complex.  For instance, you can develop a “basic” blog that quite simply, and plainly” gives your customers news about your company, what you are doing, new products you are introducing and a taste of the exciting development you plan for the future.  Give them a reason to return to your site, and bring their friends along too!  If you are a network marketer and are focused on direct sales you can create excitement on your blog with timely information – like “specials” and topical subjects that have a tangible relationship.  For instance prepare for summer with “blah blah” creams etc. Or, if you sell an anti-aging product, you can always focus your blog on “testimonial results.”

Another potential money-generating option is to use your Marketing blogs to develop “affiliates.” As most Network Marketers are pretty focused on “recruiting” or developing a “downline” (for that is what Network Marketing is all about), there are several easy ways for you can develop new affiliates. Many sites (after your have spend a few dollars enrolling) offer you an opportunity to benefit as an affiliate.

Remember, people always gravitate to “success stories” real or imagined.  If you have something that “makes you an “Expert” convert your experience by passing along tips and information especially on how they pertain to your opportunity.  Or you can just self-promote yourself as one of the real success stories in your networking company.  Believe me, you will be pleasantly surprised at the level of engagement by your readers and how many people will truly believe you – if you are plausible in your promotion.  You are the expert and you can be “my guide and mentor.”
As you delve deeper into the Network Marketing “blogosphere” you will unearth more and more “good information” that you can apply to your own business so that you can, with authority, help others – and even yourself -- entering this business opportunity.   Also, on a more magnanimous level, you too may have had a difficult entry and struggled for a while until “you found your groove” So you want to make certain that new people did not make at least some of the same mistakes you did in the beginning. Paramount though, as you write, you must maintain a sense of decorum and “never speak ill of the dead” so to speak, in your writings! Warn people, for sure but remember that public words can create unforeseen public actions with accompanying personal and financial repercussions.
.
Blogs are ‘the new communications” medium so there is an ever-increasing abundance of information available to help you expand your horizons and learn more about your chosen subject matter, or industry.   As you delve into the universe of knowledge, you need to prepare yourself for your own focus and direction. This includes learning enough so that you know what others are writing and saying and acknowledges to them that you have found important or useful information to quote as a source in your presentation. It is just courtesy and can certainly bring another “added benefit” and credibility to you writings  There are a myriad of  free sites with such names as  “Blogspot.com” “Imguru.biz,” “onlinesocialbookmarking.com” and many, many more sites (upwards of 1,000), all available to you.   In addition there are other more frequently visited sites such as Wordpress and Blogger that can also be used to support the expanded reach of your ongoing message. Finally  there are the blockbusters of the social media regime, that include  MySpace,, Facebook, Linked In, Del.i.c.ious  and YouTube all whom offer free blogs – to their registered members.  As you build your blogging world, you will come to enjoy it more and more which will further empower you to expand your horizons further.  Then, as you use them all, use them more frequently and with focus you will be encouraged by your level of success that will empower your business success! The penultimate reward!
